TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Terms and Conditions Summary
These Terms and Conditions outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the Client and Jet Set & Wash - Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in relation to the provision of pressure cleaning, garden maintenance, and related services. They cover important matters such as quotations, payment terms, cancellations, scheduling, service limitations, liability, and risk management. By accepting a quotation, scheduling services, or engaging Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in any capacity, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein. Clients are encouraged to read this agreement carefully to understand their rights and obligations before work commences.
____________________________________________________1 - Payment Terms and Conditions
1.1 The Client hereby agrees and undertakes to remit payment for the services rendered by Jet Set & Wash - Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in accordance with the quotation accepted and the terms and conditions herein. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Jet Set & Wash - Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, all payments shall be made in full via cash or electronic bank transfer immediately upon completion of the contracted works.
1.2 Invoices for services provided shall be issued at the time of completion and are strictly payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the Client shall be liable for a late payment fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day, which shall accrue daily on the outstanding balance until such time as payment is received in full.
1.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to pursue recovery of any overdue amounts through any legal or judicial collection process available under applicable law. The Client shall be liable for and agrees to indemnify Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care for, all costs, fees, charges, and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees and court costs) incurred in connection with the recovery of outstanding debts.

2 - Cancellations and Work Interruptions
2.1 Cancellation by Client
Any request by the Client to cancel or postpone scheduled works must be submitted in writing and delivered via email or text message no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement time. Failure to provide such notice shall entitle Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care to charge the Client a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum service charge as outlined in the quotation or current pricing schedule.
2.2 Interruption of Services
Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to charge the Client a minimum service fee if, after work has commenced, services must be discontinued or postponed for reasons beyond the control of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:
structural issues (e.g., peeling paint or deteriorated roofing),
hazardous or unsafe working conditions,
uncontrolled water run-off,
insufficient or no access to the work site, or
lack of water pressure or other utility service limitations.
2.3 Fees for Interruptions or Reattendance
Where services are interrupted as described in Clause 7.2 and a return visit is required, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to charge the Client either (a) the minimum call-out fee, or (b) the applicable hourly rate for time expended (including any part thereof), whichever is greater.

3. Quotations, Works, and Estimates
3.1 Nature of Quotations
Any quotation issued by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to perform services. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be bound by any quotation unless and until it has been formally accepted by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in writing and at its sole discretion. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to withdraw, revise, or modify any quotation at any time prior to such acceptance.
3.2 Estimates and Timelines
All estimates, and projected timelines provided by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care are indicative only and are subject to variation. Factors beyond the control of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care — including, without limitation, inclement weather, equipment malfunction, site conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances — may impact the delivery schedule and estimated duration of works. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be liable for any delay in completion arising from such causes.
3.3 Additional Work Requests
Should the Client request additional works upon arrival or during the course of scheduled services, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care may, at its sole discretion and subject to time and resource availability, agree to perform such additional work. In circumstances where the additional work cannot reasonably be completed on the same day, the Client shall remain liable for payment of the originally agreed works, and such payment shall not be withheld or delayed as a result of any additional or incomplete services.

4. Competence and Assumption of Risk
4.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence in the performance of its services and shall make all reasonable efforts to complete the works in accordance with the Client’s instructions and specifications.
4.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client acknowledges and accepts that certain cleaning and maintenance services inherently carry a degree of risk to the surfaces, structures, or surrounding areas, including but not limited to paint removal, surface etching, water ingress, or damage to aged or compromised materials.
4.3 Accordingly, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care does not provide any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, that damage will not occur during or as a result of the services performed. The Client agrees to assume all risks associated with the works and hereby releases Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care from any and all liability for loss or damage to property, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from or in connection with the services provided, except where such loss or damage is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.

5. Limitation of Liability for Damages
5.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration arising from pre-existing conditions or construction deficiencies, including but not limited to: improperly installed or unsecured siding, loose shingles or cladding, damaged, open, or inadequately sealed windows and doors, rotted wood, substandard construction, improperly affixed electrical wiring, poorly installed gutters or railings, or defective caulking.
5.2 The Client acknowledges and accepts that certain materials — including, without limitation, vinyl and aluminium siding — may exhibit discoloration or fading as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight and weathering. The pressure cleaning process may further reveal such discoloration or remove deteriorated surface layers (e.g., oxidized, chalky, or sandy residues), resulting in apparent colour changes or inconsistencies. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care expressly disclaims any liability for such outcomes, which are inherent to the cleaning process and the condition of the materials involved.
5.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be responsible for the dislodgment or removal of loose mortar or other building materials that may separate during the cleaning process due to pre-existing structural weaknesses.
5.4 The Client shall ensure that all electrical components, outlets, fixtures, and any other water-sensitive items located in or near the service area are adequately protected or covered prior to the commencement of work. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from water intrusion to such equipment or installations where adequate precautions have not been taken by the Client.

6. Scheduling and Delays
6.1 The Client acknowledges that Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care provides services that are subject to weather conditions and other external factors beyond its reasonable control. As such, scheduled commencement and completion dates are indicative only and not guaranteed.
6.2 While Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall use its best efforts to adhere to agreed schedules, it shall not be held liable for any delays or rescheduling necessitated by adverse weather, equipment failure, unforeseen site conditions, or other events of force majeure.
6.3 In the event that any changes to the scheduled commencement or completion of works become necessary, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall provide the Client with reasonable notice and reschedule the works at the earliest available opportunity.

7. Product Guarantees and Warranties
7.1 Any product guarantees or warranties applicable to goods, materials, or equipment used by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care are strictly limited to those expressly provided by the original manufacturers or suppliers of such products.
7.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care does not provide any additional, extended, or implied warranties or guarantees in relation to the performance, durability, or fitness for purpose of any third-party products or materials used during the course of providing services.
7.3 Should the Client have any questions or concerns regarding the products used or the services performed, they are encouraged to contact Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care promptly using the contact information provided. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will make reasonable efforts to assist the Client within the scope of its service obligations.

8. Working Environments and Limitations of Results
8.1 The Client acknowledges and accepts that certain stains including but not limited to those caused by rust, calcium deposits, mould, mildew, organic matter, tree sap, and other embedded contaminants may be lightened through the application of cleaning agents and pressure washing but may not be completely removed.
8.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care warrants that it will use reasonable care, industry-standard techniques, and approved cleaning agents to remove surface-level dirt, grime, mould, and mildew. However, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty express or implied as to the degree of improvement or complete removal of embedded or permanent stains.
8.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care goal is to achieve a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction. In the event that the Client is not satisfied with the results, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care agrees to engage in reasonable dialogue to address any concerns in good faith.
8.4 Where the Client instructs Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care to refrain from using chemical cleaning solutions, the Client acknowledges that mould spores, stains, or organic debris may remain on the treated surfaces. In such cases, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be held liable for incomplete results, and no warranty shall apply.
8.5 The Client further acknowledges that the use of high-pressure water on certain surfaces particularly newly laid, untreated, or soft concrete may result in surface marking, etching, or aesthetic changes. While Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will take reasonable precautions to prevent such effects, it shall not be liable for cosmetic alterations, degradation, or surface wear caused by the cleaning process where such effects are an inherent risk of the method used.

9. Weatherproofing and Property Condition
9.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care operates on the assumption that the Client’s property is in good repair and fully weatherproof at the time services are performed. This includes, but is not limited to, all electrical components such as power outlets, exterior lighting fixtures, and associated fittings, as well as doors, windows, and seals.
9.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from water intrusion caused by improperly installed, maintained, or repaired electrical fixtures, outlets, windows, doors, or other building components which are not sufficiently sealed or weatherproofed.
9.3 The Client acknowledges that Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care makes no guarantee regarding the complete removal of artillery fungus or similar biological growths from exterior surfaces, as such substances may be embedded and resistant to standard cleaning methods.

10. Concrete Surfaces – Appearance and Limitations
10.1 The Client acknowledges that the appearance of concrete surfaces is influenced by a range of factors, including but not limited to, the original pour quality, composition of the mix, and the curing process. These variables are outside the control of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.
10.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care advises that, upon removal of surface contaminants such as dirt, mould, mildew, fungus, algae, and other stains, pre-existing imperfections, discolorations, or structural inconsistencies in the concrete may become more visible. Such exposure of underlying flaws shall not be considered damage or a defect caused by the services provided.
10.3 The Client further acknowledges that no two slabs of concrete are identical in finish, tone, or texture, regardless of whether they form part of the same structure, such as a driveway, footpath, patio, or other concrete surface. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uniformity of appearance following cleaning.

11. Roof Cleaning and Safety Conditions
11.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care adheres strictly to all applicable workplace health and safety regulations, including those prescribed by Safe Work Australia. In accordance with these standards, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to immediately cease any roof-related work should it be determined, in its sole discretion, that conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to personnel.
11.2 In the event that roof cleaning services are partially completed due to safety concerns, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will issue a prorated invoice based on the portion of work performed. Notwithstanding this adjustment, the Client acknowledges that a minimum service charge of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall apply.
11.3 The Client understands and accepts that, despite all reasonable precautions taken by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, the rotor washing or pressure cleaning of painted roof surfaces may result in peeling, flaking, or chipping of paint. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be held liable for any aesthetic changes or damage arising from such occurrences, as they are an inherent risk of the cleaning process.
11.4 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care does not provide any warranty or guarantee with respect to the roof cleaning process. However, in the event that a roof shingle is inadvertently cracked or damaged during the course of cleaning, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will notify the Client and make reasonable efforts to repair the damage, provided that suitable replacement shingles are made available on site at the time of service.

12. Wood Shades, Colours, and Natural Variations
12.1 The Client acknowledges that the final appearance of stained or treated wood surfaces may vary significantly due to natural characteristics of the wood, including but not limited to species, age, grain density, moisture content, and environmental exposure over time.
12.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care advises that variations in colour, shade, and tone may occur not only between different boards but also along the length and width of individual boards. Such variations are inherent to the nature of timber and are not considered defects.
12.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, along with any associated partners or suppliers, will make reasonable efforts to provide an accurate representation of the expected colour or tone of the final finish. However, the Client accepts that these representations are estimates only and that some degree of variation is to be expected in the completed work.
12.4 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care makes no express or implied warranty regarding exact colour matching or uniformity of finish across treated wooden surfaces.

13. Paint Removal and Gutter Cleaning Limitations
13.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to cease cleaning operations if, during the cleaning process, a significant volume of flaking paint, debris, or residue is observed falling onto the Client’s property or that of an adjoining property, where such conditions may pose a risk of damage or unreasonable nuisance.
13.2 In the event the Client instructs Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care to continue work under these circumstances, the Client shall be solely responsible for any resulting overspray, residue, or property impact. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall be entitled to charge additional fees at its standard hourly rate for any extra cleaning or containment measures required.
13.3 The Client acknowledges and agrees that standard gutter cleaning services provided by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care do not include the internal washing or flushing of gutter systems. This exclusion includes, without limitation, any dirt, sediment, or debris introduced into the gutters from the roof surface during the course of cleaning operations.

14. Notification to Nearby Properties and Responsibility for Surrounding Areas
14.1 The Client is solely responsible for notifying occupants of adjacent or nearby properties including but not limited to residential dwellings, office buildings, apartment complexes, and commercial premises of the scheduled date and time of services to be performed by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.
14.2 The Client must take all reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of unintended impact on neighbouring properties or shared spaces. Such precautions include but are not limited to:
(a) advising neighbours to close all windows and doors,
(b) removing clothing or laundry from clotheslines, and
(c) clearing furniture, plants, or other personal property from areas that may be affected by spray drift, water runoff, or cleaning agents.
14.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be held liable for any damage, staining, residue, or other effects caused to neighbouring properties or third-party belongings resulting from the Client’s failure to provide appropriate notice or to implement reasonable preventative measures.
14.4 The Client further acknowledges that the same obligations apply with respect to their own personal property. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care accepts no responsibility for damage to furnishings, clothing, plants, or other possessions that are not adequately secured, relocated, or protected prior to commencement of the work.

15. Property Preparation and Access Requirements
15.1 Prior to the commencement of services by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, the Client shall ensure that the work area is properly prepared and free from obstructions or conditions that may interfere with the safe and efficient execution of the services.
15.2 The Client is required to:
(a) ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed,
(b) remove or securely cover any delicate or fragile items within or near the work area,
(c) remove any hanging laundry, potted plants, or personal effects that may be impacted by water, cleaning agents, or overspray,
(d) relocate outdoor furniture and other movable objects that fall within the service scope, and
(e) ensure that any vehicles obstructing access to the site or work area are removed prior to the scheduled start time.
15.3 If the Client has specific concerns regarding any area of the property or item requiring special handling, such concerns must be communicated to Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care or its personnel prior to or at the time of arrival on site.
15.4 If the Client is unable to relocate heavy or bulky items, they may request reasonable assistance from the personnel of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care upon arrival. While such assistance may be provided at the discretion of the staff, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be liable for damage to items that have not been removed or appropriately secured as required by this clause.
15.5 The Client is also responsible for ensuring that all pets are securely contained and kept clear of the work area for the duration of the service. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be liable for injury to or escape of pets resulting from non-compliance with this provision.

16. Water Supply and Usage
16.1 By accepting the quotation provided by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, the Client hereby grants Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care the unrestricted right to access and utilise the on-site water supply as reasonably required for the performance and completion of the agreed-upon services.
16.2 In the event that an external or off-site water source is required due to unavailability, inaccessibility, or inadequacy of the Client’s on-site water supply, the Client agrees to bear any and all additional costs incurred for sourcing and transporting water.
16.3 It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that the on-site water supply is functional, accessible, and capable of meeting the water requirements necessary for the completion of the project prior to the scheduled commencement of work by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.
16.4 Should Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care arrive on-site and determine that the water supply is unavailable or non-functional, the Client shall be liable for additional fees associated with delays, rescheduling, or alternative water arrangements.

17. Use of Electricity
17.1 By accepting the quotation issued by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, the Client hereby grants Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care full and unrestricted access to the on-site electricity supply for the duration of the works and for the purpose of carrying out the agreed services.
17.2 Should the on-site electricity supply be unavailable, inaccessible, or insufficient for the completion of the project, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to secure an external or alternative power source, and the Client agrees to be responsible for all additional costs or fees associated with such arrangements.
17.3 The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the on-site electricity source is operational and accessible prior to the arrival of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.

18. Staff, Persons, and Public Safety
18.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall take reasonable steps to maintain a safe working environment during the provision of services, including the erection of temporary barriers or signage to restrict access to designated work areas, particularly in public or high-traffic spaces.
18.2 Notwithstanding the precautions taken, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, harm, or loss sustained by individuals including but not limited to clients, visitors, occupants, or members of the public who enter the active work zone or surrounding area, whether authorized or unauthorized.
18.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or other consequences arising from any person’s failure to heed safety signage, restricted access barriers, or staff instructions, or for any actions taken by unauthorised persons who attempt to enter or interfere with the designated work area.

19. Hazards to People, Paint, Furniture, Plants, Pets, and Vehicles
19.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care makes every reasonable effort to use biodegradable and environmentally friendly cleaning agents. However, the Client acknowledges that certain surfaces or contaminants may require the application of stronger chemical agents, including but not limited to sodium hypochlorite-based solutions.
19.2 Prior to the commencement of any cleaning activities, the Client is required to take all necessary precautions to safeguard persons, animals, and property. This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) covering or removing all plants, outdoor furnishings, and fabrics;
(b) relocating vehicles and movable equipment away from the work area;
(c) keeping children and pets indoors and away from doorways or exposed areas; and
(d) ensuring that individuals with allergies, respiratory conditions, or sensitivities to chemical cleaning agents are not present during the cleaning process.
19.3 The Client acknowledges that over time, certain surface coatings and linings may deteriorate or corrode due to age, exposure, or material weakness. As a result, pressure washing or chemical treatment may cause marking, chipping, rusting, pitting, or spalling. While Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall exercise all reasonable care and apply the least abrasive methods appropriate to the surface, it shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from such pre-existing conditions or inherent material vulnerabilities.
19.4 In the event there are any exterior surfaces, structures, or areas that must not be pressure washed or treated with cleaning agents, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to notify Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in writing prior to the commencement of work. Failure to provide such notice shall release Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care from any liability for resulting damage or deterioration.
19.5 All plants, fabrics, and outdoor furniture must be removed or securely covered by the Client on the day of cleaning. Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be liable for damage to vegetation, furnishings, or materials left unprotected by the Client.
19.6 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will take reasonable care in the execution of services; however, it shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the Client’s failure to comply with the preparation requirements outlined in this Agreement.

20. Pressure Cleaning Prior to Painting
20.1 The Client may request pressure cleaning services specifically intended as preparation for painting (“Pre-Paint Cleaning”). In such cases, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will employ high-pressure cleaning and rinsing techniques designed to remove surface contaminants such as dust, dirt, loose or peeling paint, and other debris without stripping or removing intact paint layers.
20.2 The Client acknowledges that the nature of high-pressure cleaning used in Pre-Paint Cleaning may result in visible marks, streaks, or surface alterations on painted or other finished surfaces, including but not limited to decks, walls, ceilings, or trim.
20.3 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, aesthetic changes, or surface markings resulting from the Pre-Paint Cleaning process.
20.4 The Client further acknowledges that Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care does not provide any painting services and shall not be liable for any issues arising from subsequent painting or finishing works performed by third parties or the Client.

21. Completion of Work and Client Inspection
21.1 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care is committed to performing all services to a professional standard and to the Client’s satisfaction.
21.2 Upon completion of the work, it is the responsibility of the Client, as the property owner or authorized agent, to conduct a thorough inspection of the completed services prior to the departure of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care personnel.
21.3 Should the Client be unable to conduct such an inspection immediately upon completion, the Client must notify Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care of any concerns or areas of dissatisfaction no later than twenty-four (24) hours following completion of the work.
21.4 The Client agrees to promptly report any issues or defects discovered within this timeframe, allowing Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, if necessary, rectify the reported concerns in a timely manner.

22. Claims and Complaints
22.1 The Client must notify Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in writing via text message or email within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of services if the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the work performed.
22.2 Any complaint related to services rendered under this Agreement shall include sufficient detail, including photographic evidence and a clear description of the affected areas, to enable Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care to identify and assess the reported issues.
22.3 Upon receipt of a complaint, Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will make reasonable efforts to promptly investigate and rectify any substantiated concerns in a manner that aims to satisfy the Client.
22.4 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care reserves the right to inspect the relevant work site at any time within seven (7) days following notification of the complaint to verify the issue and determine appropriate corrective action.
22.5 The Client acknowledges and agrees that any alteration, repair, or modification to the work area performed by the Client or third parties within thirty (30) days after completion of the services shall be deemed a waiver of any rights to claim defects or deficiencies related to the original work, unless prior written consent is obtained from Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.

23. Social Media and Marketing Consent
23.1 The Client hereby grants Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, publish, and display images, photographs, video recordings, testimonials, quotes, and other content captured or created during the provision of services at the Client’s property for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
23.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall have the unrestricted right to use such materials in any media format or platform, including but not limited to websites, social media channels, print materials, and digital advertising, without any obligation to provide compensation or remuneration to the Client.
23.3 If the Client does not consent to the use of such content, the Client must provide written notice to Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care prior to the completion of the services. Absent such notification, consent shall be deemed given.

24. Contracting of Services by Third Parties
24.1 In the event that a third party, including but not limited to corporations, property managers, landlords, property owners, or tenants (“Third Party”), engages Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care to provide services, such engagement shall constitute a subcontractor relationship between Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care and the Third Party.
24.2 The Third Party shall act as the sole point of contact and conduit for all instructions, directions, and communications related to the work performed by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care. Acceptance of any quotation or proposal issued by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care by the Third Party shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Third Party.
24.3 The Third Party shall bear sole responsibility for all payments due to Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care for services rendered.
24.4 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall communicate exclusively with the Third Party regarding all matters pertaining to the scope, execution, negotiation, and resolution of issues related to the services. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Third Party to inform landlords, tenants, or other relevant parties of the terms, conditions, and any other contractual obligations.

25. Disclaimer
25.1 By engaging the services of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding any specific results, profits, or outcomes arising from the services provided.
25.2 Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or benefits whether foreseeable or unforeseeable that the Client may incur or realize as a result of the services rendered, including any losses or gains that may be attributed, in whole or in part, to the Client’s unique circumstances which are beyond the control of Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care.
25.3 The Client further agrees that the ultimate success or failure of the services provided is dependent upon individual factors specific to the Client’s situation, and Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care disclaims any responsibility for such results.

26. Personal Data
26.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that any personal information provided to Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care in connection with the provision of services or use of the Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care’s Privacy Policy.
26.2 The Client is encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal data is managed, protected, and their rights regarding such data.

27. Acceptance of Terms and Binding Agreement
27.1 By accepting the quotation provided by Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
27.2 Acceptance of the quotation constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care for the provision of services at the agreed-upon scope and price.
27.3 In the event the Client cancels, repudiates, or otherwise breaches this agreement after acceptance, any deposit or prepayment made to Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care shall be forfeited by the Client and retained as liquidated damages, not as a penalty, in recognition of administrative, scheduling, and opportunity costs incurred.
27.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit any other rights or remedies available to Jet Set & Wash Pressure Cleaning & Garden Care under law or equity.
